She currently works with Fortune 500 businesses, nonprofit organizations, government departments, school districts and small businesses. She has over 19 years of experience in organizational leadership and healthcare sales. One of her strongest skill sets is producing exponential growth through consultative sales in the healthcare industry, a process skilled through effective collaboration, innovative marketing, and a vast knowledge of products and services. She partners with organizations to grow exemplary leaders to create a culture that reflects their values, increase employee engagement and morale while improving productivity, performance, and profitability.
She is the host of a podcast titled “Impact On” Inspiring and Influential conversations with Educators, Leaders, and Entrepreneurs. She is also a cohost of Beyond Impact on DEI a vodcast intersecting DEI, Leadership, Education, and Business.
She partners with youth serving organizations, schools, and parents to prepare their youth to be college, career, and citizenship ready by using tools and strategies to improve communication, increase productivity, and reduce stress and conflict in their relationships. Her mission is to impact and influence lives to help youth and adults reach their full potential and live a life of significance.
Camica has a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations with a minor in Marketing and Criminal Justice. Camica continued post-graduate studies at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia and successfully obtained her Master of Science in Human Service Counseling/Life Coaching and Master of Arts in Management.
